Yesterday was a big day.

We celebrate our 100th episode.

We today are on day 20 of the Daily Grind. So day 20 out of 31, I figured that this would be

the perfect time to do a little dose of tough love. Now, the daily grind originally stemmed from

the way that I planned my day. I would write out my to-do list. I would grab three things from that

to-do list of 10 things. And that was my daily grind. Those three things were the three needle movers, and that then stemmed into me going live for my team of coaches every single day, sharing those three needle movers and what that could be for them. So I would always start the daily grind for my team and be like, what's up, you guys, welcome to the daily grind. These are the three things that I'm focused on today that I think you should be focused on today. And then I would dive into it. It would be like a four to five minute live every single day for years for Team Uproar. Now I've decided to make it public. And it has turned into a planner and now a workbook that you guys know about. Oh, it feels so good sharing that stuff

Now, yesterday or the day, not yesterday, the day before I think it was that I said, you know, you better have your top 10 goals. If you don't have your top 10 goals by now, and I think, yeah, I said it. And then the next day, I still said it again. So if you're that person that you have been just kind of plugging holes as you go and you're not
