And the answer to that is that is it embedded in the emotional driver of where performance

comes from and how a champion ends up reflecting on his or her performance?

Today, we are going to tackle the intersection of

internal standards of performance against outcomes such as results. Should we seek victory,

thoughts mostly via a few stories. So the good news is you won't be bored sitting through a university

lecture. But as we dive in, let's stay on topic and let's launch into a squady update.

Across the Purple Patch Squad program, as well as many one-to-one athletes, we have a few

repeating workouts throughout the year, and we call these workouts artery workouts.

Now, the mission of these sessions is to string together throughout the year, get it, artery, running through the

pipeline of the program, but string together workouts that progress over the course of a phase

of training as well as evolve by phase of training. So most of our athletes at the moment are in
