0:49.5	First, we're going to get into what the current trends are in weight and dieting, then dive into some nitty gritty recommendations
0:54.6	for specific food groups and diets and with some tips to make these changes long lasting. Cloud, aside from having a nutrition master's, I'm curious what makes you so passionate about the topic?
1:08.8	Yeah, I think in medicine there's a tendency for people to gravitate towards some of these sexier things like
1:14.4	cathing people or stress testing or listing someone for transplant.
1:18.1	But I personally feel like this is one of the most important things we can address for our
1:21.7	patients.
1:22.8	When we look at the risk factors that contribute to death in the US,
1:27.2	dietary risk factors actually top the list at number one.
