0:08.1	And I'm Aaron Troy, an internal medicine intern at Beth Israel-Deeganist Medical Center

0:12.5	So, Aaron, last April 2021, you and I were at the SGIM annual meeting.
0:18.6	That's the Society for General Internal Medicine.
0:21.7	And there were a ton of great lectures on telemedicine.
0:24.5	Yeah, as a medical intern in the COVID era, I know telemedicine is going to be a major part of my career,
0:30.3	no matter what I go into or what I practice.
0:33.0	But I've never had any clinical education on how to best care for patients by video or phone.
0:38.0	Aside from have a good Wi-Fi connection and probably wear panties.
0:42.0	If there actually is anything I've learned from the pandemic,
0:45.0	it is to wear pants during a television.
0:47.0	But in all seriousness, I remember coming out of the April 2020 surge of COVID
0:52.0	in New York City to this whole new world of
0:55.1	ambulatory medicine, 100% telemedicine converting all visits to phone or
1:01.0	video calls, etc.
1:03.0	And at this point, two years later,
1:06.0	needless to say, we've realized the power of televisions
1:09.0	in the overall landscape of outpatient care.
1:12.0	So, Aaron and I wanted to consolidate a few tips for you
