1:11.7	It's great, thank you. How are you doing? I'm good. Where is Frazier? So we are 90 miles northwest of Denver. Cool. So the so let's see northwest is you're closer to ski mountains nearby?
1:23.0	100% Winter Park Ski Resort is five minutes from where I am right now.
1:27.0	I can see it from my office.
1:29.0	Oh, how much fun?
1:31.0	Yes.
1:32.0	I'm going to have to pull it up on a map now. So I see how you get in real estate.
1:34.9	Since 2006. So 15 years? 15 years. That's pretty awesome.
1:41.1	I started building houses back on like
1:43.6	03, 04 on the West Coast, and so around the same time.
1:49.0	And as I pulled up, you've got so many ski mountains near you. Yes, do. Yeah it take you have to go over a mountain pass to get to us so that's pretty cool and then if you stay on the I 70 corridor you'll get to Breckinridge Frisco Vale, and then even further down you've got Aspen.
2:06.3	Yeah, love Breckenridge. The, and we spent, where were we this summer? We spent some time, oh'm going to I'm going to remember in a little bit
2:15.6	there. But I've got friends of the houses over in Keystone and Breckenridge and just fun places to play. And what's it like up there right now?
2:23.0	The winds are kicking and it's really blustery like it's snowing out.
