So first up, here was an interview with Sarah and

Matt Denig longtime listeners to the real estate rock stars podcast here's a few

minutes with them. Going from being a nurse to real estate is such a great transition because I went from treating people when they were sick in a vulnerable situation to making the biggest purchase or selling the biggest purchase that they've ever had.

So I was able to take the empathy and the listening skills because everybody wants a practitioner

who listens to them and makes them feel like they care and that's the same in real estate.

So whether you're helping somebody bring their first baby to the house that they're going to raise

their kids in or the emotional state of I raise my kids in this and I'm going to sell it and I want somebody really good to get it who's going to love it as much as I do or on the flip side of that a family that's divorcing and it's like heartbreaking or spouse dies, like just using your best skills for each situation and being that source of, you know, help. So right now today I stage a house yesterday, had a housekeeper come, you know, she has a basement that she never used. I turned into zones and people are like, oh my gosh, I wish I would have done this so much further like or long ago sorry but I actually have her dog with me right now because I try to make the transition as stress free for them as possible so So I'll take your dog, I'll clean your house, I'll stage your house. Well, I send a professional

professional cleaner, but you know, just full service, full service real estate estate so we try to do yeah that was one of the things I saw at the very beginning that you started sharing on social media was kind of here here we're going above we're staging the house I think there was one of you out there like
