Surf Splendor listeners, your host, David Scales here with you for the 100th episode of Surf Splendor.

Let's give a round of applause. Thank you. Thank you to the listener.

I don't have anything big planned in terms of celebration, but I do want to acknowledge, you know,

that it is 100, and I want to acknowledge the listener's role in the show. Something I've talked

about in early shows, haven't really touched on it too much recently,

maybe in the last year.

But, you know, it's like we create the content.

You guys distribute, tell your friends, blah, blah, blah.

But also, a lot of the guests that we've had on this show came through direct recommendations

of a listener or by referral of the listener.

And then that guest referred me to a different guest. And it's just kind of had a snowball

effect. And there's no real way to identify all the moving bits in the arms other than just

that it's a snowball that's picked up

momentum and it's picked up snowflakes along the way and so without you know giving individual names

I'm just shouting out to everybody that I'm grateful for your collaborative effort and I am also

proud of the work that I've done with the show.

You know, I just, I feel proud of it. I feel proud passing it along to people, you know,

when I run into people and kind of we connect the dots and it's like, oh, go listen to the show

and they can go into the

archives and listen to a show 20 episodes ago. And I'm not worried about what I said or what it was

or whether the production quality was up to snuff. I mean, certainly some are better than others. But,
