Well hello and welcome to self-work. I can't believe I've given that intro now 100 times.

I'm Dr. Margaret Rutherford and we're celebrating 100 episodes together. The first thing I want to say is I wouldn't be

going this strong without your support and interest. So many of you have left

ratings and reviews on iTunes or Podbean or Stitcher. Thank you so much for that.

One of the last ones that was given was only six words long but meant so much to me.

It said very simply, you don't know how you're helping. I'm very

humbled and very honored that you're here for episode 100. I've been spending the last few months asking you to send in your questions and sure

enough you have because today's episode is all about you. I've chosen six very different questions and I'm going to answer them.

Before I get to that I want to thank the people who are very directly responsible for helping me with this

podcast. First and foremost is my audio engineer John Crowley of loud mouth

studios in Little Rock Arkansas, his spirit and his talent and our own sort of funny

banter has helped keep my own interest alive and he has saved me hundreds of

hours of editing.
