How are you?

So you might hear a little bit of thunder

because it is a thunderstorm here,

but it is absolutely beautiful.

And today I'm gonna be covering a topic that I am very

interested in because it personally impacted my life. So grab a cup of tea, have a

seat, and let's get moving.

Today I'm talking about the hidden danger of hyper-positivity

or something that I call other people call spiritual bypassing.

So you wouldn't even think that's a thing, right?

How can it be too positive?

And I don't just mean corny or overly supportive, I really mean using positivity as a way of avoiding feeling

certain things.

For me personally, this was my go-to experience in life when I was younger.

Being a, you know, I used to call myself a silver lining detective.

And in one way, it wouldn't matter what was going on.
