Welcome to the show this is super special to me because you guys this is the

hundredth episode of the I was terrified to start a podcast like a few years ago. I'd rather get a root

canal than do any sort of public speaking. Not that podcasting is public speaking at

least when you're recording it doesn't feel like that but anyway that held me back for a long time and then when I finally

started it it was such a labor of love I did every single thing myself from the Instagram graphics to the editing of the episode to obviously the interviews and promotion and just everything start to finish which is so much work and for a year I did it without making a penny.

So to see how much the podcast has grown in two years and especially the past year is so gratifying

and I'm really just getting started.
