Thank you for tuning in to this very special edition of ADHD rewired. This is episode 100. When I began planning this episode, I knew I wanted it to be really special. So I did what I typically do when I put that kind of pressure on myself, I overthink things for a while, but then I asked

you, I went to the ADHD Facebook community, and I asked for ideas, and Kim Trumbo responded with the suggestion that created this episode.

So during two recording sessions, I had 12 people join me. Some of them are voices that you will recognize from past shows. But I wanted something more than that.

The way I visualize my AEDD is I picture a house that's filled with four-year-olds.

I am like a small company and the chief executive officer is brilliant,

but everyone else on staff sucks.

You know, those are all the executive functions.

What I like about the executive functioning view of adult ADHD is that it brings with
