Hello, hello, guys. This is the 100th episode of the podcast. That is freaking crazy to me.

There is something about hitting 100 episodes that, I don't know, has me feeling legit.

Like we're doing this. Like we're really freaking doing this. I have been thinking back to when I first started and I would have to number the episodes

and it would be like zero zero three or episode four would be zero zero four. I was like, man,

we're going to have to do a lot of episodes to fill up those zero zeros. And I was actually

kind of worried that I was going to run out of guests and run out of things to talk about.

But I haven't.

I feel like the conversations just keep getting better, which reminds me of a conversation that I had a couple years ago.

I was at dinner with my cousin Alyssa and her husband.

And she was asking me about my blog.

And she's like, how do you find things to talk about?

And my answer was immediately like my life. My life is content. Life is evolving. We are always

learning lessons. We're always going through struggles. There's always something to talk about.

There's always a new chapter. There's always something to reflect on.

I think everyone has that. Like life is just evolving, right? There's always, there's always something.

And I thought about that as we were coming up in the 100th episode because I'm having conversations

now that I never thought I would have when I first started or I never would have thought of it

when we first started. And I'm interviewing guests that I would have never thought I would

get on the show and we're at over half a million downloads. And it's just so wild to me and I'm

so, so grateful and excited to see what happens over the next 100 episodes because, like I said,

everything just keeps evolving and everything just keeps getting better. Now, for the 100th episode,

I only thought it was appropriate to have Darren on because, you know, obviously we all love
