up to my 10-year business anniversary is essentially the lessons that I've learned over the last decade.

Now I don't have to tell you that a lot of businesses don't last, right?

They don't work. They fold, they go bankrupt. People kind of give up on themselves in their business. They seek, they seek employment elsewhere. And look, there are no wrong times, right? Life is long, there are winding paths and good for you.

Whatever it is that you're doing, whatever it is you're seeking out work-wise, whatever works for you, go for it. I do know that a lot of people do want to have

longevity in business. I would say that most people don't start businesses

thinking that they're going to fail or thinking that

that business is going to stand the test of time, right? Ups and downs, different seasons,

different markets, different pivots. But if I were to say that one thing has contributed to our business

success over the last decade, It's not strategies, it's not tactics.

I mean, there are plenty of them and I employ the highest, the ones with the most leverage,

the ones that bring me the highest return.

If I had to... the ones that bring me the highest return.

If I had to state that it's just one thing that's allowed us to succeed and grow and expand and evolve in ways that I'm so proud of now sitting from the perch of 10 years in looking back,
