something for you to consider taking notes on. Here's the here's the backdrop. So I was a senior

pastor for almost 20 years teaching the Bible every week. Went through a few dozen books to the

Bible and my wife Grace and I took a break, figured it was time for a little bit of a break.

Heal up and learn and that was one of the most remarkably wonderful seasons of our life

because all of a sudden we didn't have the regular responsibilities of ministry and it was

really a season of learning. So it was a great blessing in that regard. And what happened was some

people met with us, counselors, pastors, friends, some people flew in from around the country,

some lived near us, some we got on planes went to their house, went to their church, had dinner

with their family and just asked them, you know, what wisdom would you have for us? What could we

learn? And so for a season went from teaching to pretty much just being the student and it was

actually a really rich time. And what we realized as we were meeting with different ministry leaders,

they kept asking different questions, they kept coming at life from different angles and they kept

applying different parts of God's Word. And if you've been a Christian for any amount of time,

you probably are familiar with some of these categories but not all of these categories.

And as we come together as a church family, if we really want to be biblical and help people with

a fullness of God's Word, I think that fully understanding the categories that God gives is most
