0:29.6	So let me set the stage. We both have a side business together and once a year, I don't want to give it away what we do but once a year we award our students for their support and recognition.
0:48.6	It's an awards and recognition ceremony and he prepares really hard for it and thinks about each
0:57.9	individual and puts a speech together for each individual, including myself.

1:12.0	And... I'm in the back of the business and it was a business to personally help me have more opportunities doing what I love and

1:46.5	I'm changing the art form.
1:51.5	I was dancing. So I'll have an opportunity to teach, perform with our students
1:59.7	whereas when I was in other groups I was not able to do that.
2:05.0	I wasn't Spanish enough or black enough or white enough.
2:10.0	Just the culture of other dance groups was pretty bad.
2:16.6	So fast forward to this year. In particular I had a couple of surgeries and I was not able to help but
