I'm glad to have you here today. Common name. Uncommon sense. I'm going to lay it on you today. I think you're going to like some of the stuff we come up with today. I mean, it was kind of interesting last night as a, one of the cool things about my job is I get to do these conversations like all the time. It's like my normal life, not only in my clients and me and my wife, but all my friends and wherever I go, this kind of conversation, the kind of deep kind of |
| 1:44.9 | really thinking conversations trying to figure stuff out, it's just where we are. And for a lot of people in the world, they don't even spend any time there. But I just do 24-7 there. It's so cool to do. But anyway, I'll get to that here in a second. But I was laughing this morning because evidently, I have discovered a new way to motivate myself on a workout and to get a free personal trainer at the same time. |
| 2:04.9 | I was chuckling because people are calling me out on it. I'm going to share you my technique right now. |

You know, we basically talk and while we train. And I walk in the door and here's the plan. And you can do this exactly the way I do. I walk in and the first one I run into that is working out and not all them are, I find the one who's actually working out. I say, hey, what are you doing today? And they'll say like, oh, legs or back or arms and buys and tries. I say, cool, I'll do that. And they look at you and they go, well, okay. And I just start working out with them. I just work in, right? Not working in. I just literally get into their workout. And we talk. We have a good time. Now here's the cool part. Here's the trainer part that happens. They have a plan. They might need a dumbbell or they might need a piece of equipment to go on a piece of equipment like, you know, something pull the bar down or something. Well, they just go get it. And it could be across the room. |
| 3:10.3 | And they just go get it and it could be across the room and they just go get it |
| 3:11.2 | and they bring it back and they go you go first i go okay so not only are they giving me their |
