some tactical tools to help get you from where you are now to where

you want to go in your life, career, relationships, and maybe even in your journey as a mom,

episode because I wanted this to feel a little bit different.

And partially, it's coming from this passion that I have about normalizing, changing your mind.

Because I really think that sometimes people act like changing your mind means that you're

inconsistent or you're flaky or you've somehow lost your conviction or that you

should be embarrassed that you change your mind. Or it's like you failed because something that you

used to believe doesn't feel true to you anymore. And honestly, like, I think one of the coolest

parts about being a human with free will is you're going to go through life and you're going to have experiences and you're going to get data, right? Like, you're going to date someone and you're going to get some data from that relationship. You're going to get married. You're going to become a parent. You're going to build a business. You're going to lose a bunch of money on something or you're going to make a ton of money on something. Or you're going to experience a ton of success and get lots of like external validation, or you're going to fumble and you're going to experience failure and you're going to be embarrassed about that or you're going to lose people, whether that's through like death or you're going to lose them because you guys are going to grow in different directions and you're going to learn something from that. You're going to meet people. You're going to meet someone that's going to like shake up your

life so much. And then you're going to evolve. And hopefully your perspective is going to evolve too.

So I wanted to do this episode because there are things that I believed when I started this podcast

almost seven and a half years ago, which is so crazy. That's such a long time. But like there are things that I believed when I started this podcast almost seven

certain about that now I think are way more nuanced. I'm a lot more moderate on a lot of things
