Anyways, to start off today's podcast, I want to do the fun and gains segment where we talk about a high from the past week.

And let me just say, I am very, very proud that last week was one of the first weeks where I did all of my workouts and I was able to increase the intensity and return to a normal

workout level for me like I went through squats I did deadlifts I did hip thrusts I did

lunges Bulgarian split squats I have been going to solid core and it has been a huge win

to be able to return back to even some kind of semblance of how

everything was before I broke my foot. I'm able to lift a little bit more. Everything is still pain free.

It is a huge win for me. I'm also running outside again. So last week was a really big win

because I have been able to realize that I'm coming a long way.

I'll say another good thing that came out of breaking my foot is remembering the basics.
