What's up everybody, welcome back to the Lights Out Podcast, I'm your host Chosh, and

always I'm joined by my brother and producer Joel.

Today's episode is number 9 and we are covering the extremely dark and tragic event of the

Columbine High School Massacre.

This event is especially close to Joel and I because not only are we both from Colorado

and that's where we live right now and this horrific event happened in Colorado years

ago, but also we have family that attended Columbine High School not during the time of

the actual massacre but we do have ties to this school and I've actually played basketball

in summer league here before so Joel I know Joel's been to Columbine before as well right?

Yeah I got to see our cousins perform a play there while back ago so that was really

cool.

Yeah so both of us have been to the school, we've both seen the inside of it and it's

honestly I remember being kind of creeped out a little bit going into there and just

with as much history as this place has and you know these poor kids that lost their lives

in this event, I just felt like it was important that we talk about these things because I

definitely don't want these events to be forgotten or I think it's important to remember

the victims of these dark events and not so much making it about the actual shooters in

this case but really remembering the lives that were lost because as tragic and horrific

as this was we definitely got to keep these people's stories alive.
