which we've already put in to the rundown but we do have some breaking news

here that I think we do need to talk about here at the top. Bucke I guess

start with you here. Redskins fire Jay Gruden. No no surprise is there? No

kind of long overdue and I think here's what happens DJ in front offices and

those things like obviously we always talk about when you make a decision you

make a team decision everyone works together we're all kind of making a

collaborative effort and once a guy is picked he becomes our guy he doesn't

become the front offices guys not the coaches guy or whatever and I think when

you started to hear the leaks about the Wayne Haskins not necessarily being

who the coach is preferred and those things kind of leaking out and we have

some other issues with Adrian Peterson it just seemed like look maybe not

through any fault of his own or maybe by being too honest with some of his

media cohorts Jay Gruden kind of wrote his own epitaph when he came to his

dismissal as the Washington Redskins hit coach and I just I just think it

speaks to the lack of chemistry and continuity that existed in Washington.

Yeah I mean this quarterback was probably the icing on the cake right but you

know the fact of the matter is you know he's a guy who comes in with an offensive

specialty and they have not been able to perform offensively and you know we
