Given how long professional wrestling has been around, it's not surprising that on a few occasions,

championships have been won in very strange ways.

I mean, titles themselves absolutely make no sense, because, for example, Jake Roberts was

never the WWF champion, and Rickley Steamboat was never the WWF champion, but Vince McMahon was.
