Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today is the beginning of my third week teaching on the subject that I've entitled 10 reasons it's better to have the Holy Spirit.

And what this is talking about, Jesus said himself in John chapter 16 verse 7.

It's actually to your advantage for me to go away so that the Holy Spirit can come.

And I tell you, I've been talking about this for two weeks.

Most people would think what could be better than Jesus by Jesus on statement.

It's actually better to have the Holy Spirit in us than it is to have Jesus with us in his physical body.

And so I've listed 10 reasons.

I've already dealt with the first five during the two weeks.

I've spent two days on each one.

The very first thing we talked about is that the Holy Spirit comes and lives within us versus Jesus just being with us.

Jesus when he was in his physical body could only be in one place at one time.

But now he can be all over the world through the Holy Spirit in every believer.

The second thing we talked about is the new birth.

And I tell you, this is something that we could have expanded on a lot.

Because being born again and having our old sinful nature taken out of us and having a new God nature placed on the inside of us is just priceless.

The third thing that I talked about was how that the Holy Spirit would bring us what I call revelation knowledge.
