Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm going to start a brand new teaching.

First time I've ever taught this anywhere, first time on television.

And I'm going to be talking about 10 reasons that having the ministry of the Holy Spirit is better than having Jesus in his physical body with us.

And you know, when I say that, I'm sure that there's some people that might consider that even blasphemy and think,

you're minimizing what Jesus has done.

And you know, if most of us had to choose, we would love to have Jesus in his physical body present with us.

We would just think that that would be awesome.

Most people don't value the Holy Spirit as much as they value the physical ministry of Jesus when he was here on this earth.

But I want to share with you some scriptures and one of the most radical statements in the entire Bible,

Jesus gave to his disciples the night before his crucifixion.

And John 14, 15 and 16 is all things that he said to them right before he was arrested.

And he started talking to them about how he was going to be gone and that he would not be available to them anymore.

And he said this in John chapter 16 and in verse 6, he says,

but because I've said these things unto you sorrow has filled your heart.

Nevertheless, I tell you the truth.

It is expedient for you that I go away for if I go not away, the comforter will not come unto you.
