Hello from CNN. I'm Afomadikay with the five things you need to know for Wednesday

November 29th. An extended truce between Israel and Hamas is hours away from ending and

negotiators have been working on securing another deal.

Multiple sources familiar with the talks tell Sienan a decision to further extend the

truce would be announced once a mass gives a list of the next hostages that would be released.

Sixteen hostages released today are back in Israel and are being flown to different hospitals.

They include 10 Israelis, some of whom are dual citizens.

In exchange, Israel released 30 Palestinians from

Israeli prisons. Palestinian Israeli Knesset member of Mansour Abbas spoke to

CNN's Wolf Blitzer tonight. He condemned Hamas's October 7th terror attacks and called for an end to the war and the Israeli Palestinian conflict.

It is important to stop the hostilities and to bring stability but it needs to be with a vision

for a long-term plan.

Meanwhile a UN Relief Agency says humanitarian aid has reached its shelters in northern Gaza for the first time since the war began.

House Speaker Mike Johnson says he expects the chamber to vote on whether to expel

New York Congressman George Santos on Friday.

We're going to allow people to vote their conscience.

I think it's the only appropriate thing we can do.

I personally have real reservations about doing this.

I'm concerned about a precedent that may be set for that.

Santos has pleaded not guilty to 23 federal charges and says he won't seek re-election.

He survived two other attempts to remove him from office.

But some Republicans are rallying around this latest effort,
