Hello from CNN, I'm Afomadikay with the five things you need to know for Wednesday

November 15th. The Israeli military says its operation at Gaza's largest

hospital quote is still underway and will take time. Israel claims Hamas has an underground command and control center at Alshifa Hospital,

which the militant group and hospital officials deny.

So far, Israeli forces claim its soldiers found quote

technological assets along with military and combat equipment used by Hamas

but no evidence yet of a tunnel network.

Omar Shakir, Israel and Palestine director for the Human Rights Watch, details the dire situation at the hospital.

As of yesterday, 40 patients had died because fuel has run out.

Fuel has not been at the hospital for three days so you have babies on

incubators that have died you have dialysis patients and aren't able to

receive those services and there's a situation where now there are bodies piling up that are not able to be buried.

Doctors have spoken to us about building mass graves in the hospitals so that those bodies can be safely given the dignity they deserve.

Israeli officials say more evidence justifying the rate at the hospital will be presented in the coming days.

The high stakes summit between President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jin Ping

ended after roughly four hours.
