A UN official says the number of civilians killed in Gaza is rapidly increasing as Israel expands its operations to the south

and encourages people to evacuate but the UN Secretary General says there is

nowhere safe for people to go in Gaza. Mark Reggev, the senior advisor to Israeli

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, says there are designated quote safer areas in

the South. If we want to destroy Hamas's military machine and we must we have to act in the South as well

Senior Hamas commanders are there under the ground in Hanunus we can't not go there

But the World Health Organization says the move could deprive many Palestinians of health care,

especially the two main hospitals in southern Gaza.
