| 0:00.0 | Girlfriends, episode number 76, 10 easy ways to add movement to your days. |
| 0:12.1 | Hello and welcome to Girlfriends. I'm Danielle Bean. I'm a wife and a mom, and I'm on a |
| 0:18.4 | mission to help you know your worth as a woman so you can find peace, |
| 0:22.0 | balance, and joy in family living. This week, we're sharing lots of feedback, |
| 0:26.6 | monomipotent opportunities, and some easy ways to move more every day. I can't wait to get |
| 0:31.7 | started. Let's go. Hey, girlfriends, how are you? Glad you're showing up for another episode this week. I'm happy to have you here. I'm happy to be connecting with you in this way again. It's been a long week. It's been kind of a crazy week for me. I had one kid go to the hospital. He's fine. He's okay. |
| 0:57.8 | It's just my second son, Ambrose. He developed a lung infection. For those of you don't know, |
| 1:03.6 | he has cystic fibrosis, which is a chronic incurable illness that we've been dealing with |
| 1:08.6 | his whole life. He's been very fortunate in that he's had |
| 1:11.5 | very few problems like he experienced in this past week and had to be in the hospital for a little bit. |
| 1:16.6 | But he's home and he's still on his antibiotics and we're managing that at home. And you know, |
| 1:22.4 | it's funny because when he was little and there were issues, it was a huge stressor on me because I took on a lot |
| 1:31.3 | of the responsibility of his care. And through the years, and as he's gotten older, he's become |
| 1:37.3 | more and more independent and, you know, starting at a pretty young age, very responsible for his |
| 1:42.3 | own treatments and his care, and has done such a |
| 1:45.2 | great job with that. I'm so proud of him for that, because I know it's a pain in the neck. I mean, |
| 1:49.9 | he has stuff every single day that he has to do to keep himself healthy and to prevent illness, |
| 1:54.4 | and he does a great job of it. In a way, you know, I probably would be complaining every single day if I were being as good about it as he is, |
| 2:01.5 | but he's very good about it. |
| 2:03.2 | And this time at the hospital was the first time he went to the hospital and was 18. |
| 2:08.3 | So it felt very weird to me to be bringing him there to check in. |
| 2:12.9 | And the admissions lady was just like just called him into the room to go sign all the papers and like sign himself into the hospital. |
