I think it's important to remember why we're here today.

We're here to determine whether Judge Cabinot has demonstrated the impartiality, the temperament,

the even-handiness that's needed to serve on this great high court of our land.

If confirmed, he will join eight other individuals who are charged with deciding how the laws

of our land are interpreted and applied.

He would be a deciding vote on the most important issues affecting our country and every American

for generations to come.

And some of the reason that is the case is because the legislature does not do their

job.

That is correct.

We've been discussing for the last couple of weeks.

An alert listener sent us this graph and I realize this is radio.

I'll try to explain it.

It's a graph of the severity of the allegation against Cabinot allegations over time from

the spring, I guess, of 2018 till the current time.

The bottom half of the graph is also labeled bad reasons to stop a confirmation and the

top half is no corroborating evidence, but it started very low on the severity scale

with he's a conservative.

And remember the day of his nomination, many Senate Democrats said we're not going to

vote for him because he's a conservative.

Then there was the baseball debt question.
