So a guy sent me this about Dippy eggs. Dippy eggs might not be good for you. Or an egg cracked on a burger, that kind of stuff. It's apparently the yoke. Why is everyone concerned about runny yokes? I'm not. I like that way I like my eggs. I usually eat the egg beaters, but when I make a regular egg, it's a dippy egg. It's a word of caution if you're going to get an egg on a burger. It's not going to be the egg like you get on a McMuffin. If you bite into it and it's not over your plate, you might end up wearing some of the egg on your shorts. Because the yolk flies all of your... Were you driving? No. I just had a large stain on my pants for the rest of the night. Let's start with some of the basic facts. Eggs are potential carriers for salmonella, a type of bacteria that can cause food-borne illness. Well, the vast majority of eggs are totally harmless. There's always a risk. There's simply a egg consume. Well, whatever. So they're worried about the fact that that egg, the yolk, the yolk is undercooked?

Well, it is undercooked because it's runny, right. Yeah, but I mean, the potential for foodborne illness in that undercooked yolk. The yolk's the flavor, you know. Well, then you can cook your eggs. No, well, you want it runny. No.

You want to dip your eggs in a dip. You want to dip your toast in runny eggs, man. You don't need that. Could I have some egg snot with my breakfast, please? Well, you talk, no, dipy eggs.
