This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

All right, out of Arizona.

Arizona is always a fun place.

There is a grandmother who goes to the park to feed the homeless.

She brings the, I guess she cooks and then puts together these packages and goes and feeds

homeless in the park.

All right.

She was warned by the police.

You can't do that.

Why?

Well, because there is a ordinance, a city ordinance, this is a bullhead city that says you can't feed

the homeless in the park. And is there a rational reason for that? Yeah, when you think about it, I mean, how do you pass a law saying you have to let people starve?

You can feed the birds, but you can't feed the homeless.

So I guess you can throw breadcrumbs at the homeless, and I don't know, have them peck.

I have no idea.

But, you know, what is the purpose of the law?

The purpose of the law is to not have the homeless people congregate and hang out in parks because

we, that is, taxpayers, why I don't live in Arizona, pay for the land, the upkeep, and it's just

nice to go to the park. And if you have a bunch of homeless people congregating, you don't want that, although I've tell you, there's been case after case

in which courts have said just too bad. As a matter of fact, here in the city of Los Angeles,

the homeless actually camp almost wherever they want, and the police don't rouse them,

although it's getting better.
