This is a Texas judge, actually a justice of the peace, which is really low level.

As a matter of fact, depending on the jurisdiction, justice of the pieces or justices of the peace don't even

have to be lawyers to be a judge you've got to be a lawyer do you know the only

position that you don't have to be a lawyer in the judicial system, Supreme Court.

You don't have to be a lawyer.

Other than that, all judges have to be lawyers.

And they have to be lawyers for five years or ten years, depending on whether you're going to, depending on the level of judgeship,

lower court, appeals court, et cetera.

But anyway, that's just a little.

is this texas justice of the piece uh the piece was reprimanded uh by the texas commission on

judicial misconduct and why was she reprimanded because she would not perform same-sex marriages

just said ain't going to do it I'm not gonna do it

because of my religious beliefs to me it's marriage is a man and a woman no

queers because that's the kind of person she is I I've always wondered about that, why people actually care.

And, you know, it just drives me completely nuts.

I truly don't understand that.

I mean, I can understand abortion.

I get that.

And that's a legit, to me, that's totally legitimate.
