All right, now, this is handle on the law.

Marginal legal advice where I tell you you have no case.

And this is an interesting one.

This has to do with the lawsuit against Panera Bread.

Panera Bread has something called charged lemonade.

And what it is is it's a whole bunch of caffeine.

It's like a monster drink or any of those drinks

where you get this extra energy

and the extra energy comes from having enough caffeine

in there to basically kill you.

Well, in the case of Panera bread and the charged lemonade, that's exactly what happened to

this young woman who imbibed, ordered a Panera bread charged lemonade there, drank it, and then went into cardiac

arrest and ended up dying.

And, of course, her mom is suing on the basis that Panera failed to appropriately warn

consumers about its ingredients.

I've seen a picture of the Panera bread menu, which is above the counter,

and it talked about charged lemonade, and it tells you how much caffeine is in it. It's right there.

You know, 8 million grams or milligrams of caffeine, whatever the hell it is. And she,

mom is saying that's not enough.

Now, that gets kind of interesting because how far do you go?
