Now, how many times I have people call up on this show if you listen at all?

Bill, I want to file a class action suit.

You know, I get those all the time.

And inevitably, I say, no, no, it's not going to work.

No class action suit.

First of all, you have to be damaged, okay?

And you weren't damaged.

I just did a case.

We talked about it a few weeks ago with Texas Pete's hot sauce.

And someone sued saying, because it's called Texas Pete, I thought it was from Texas, and it's

actually manufactured in Illinois, and I have been damaged.

And I want my $3.99 back.

However, a class action suit involves everybody in the country who has bought the Texas Pete's hot sauce.

And the judge said, get out of here.

Get out.

Same price, same everything.

Now there's a lawsuit that actually was certified.

Whenever you file a class action, two things have to happen.

One, the judge has to certify it as a class action, and then it goes forward.

So this lawsuit was just certified as a class action.
