And welcome to handle on the law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

Occasionally, I bring you a case at the top of the hour that doesn't have a whole lot of legal importance,

doesn't delve very deeply into the law, doesn't change much of anything.

But for sheer entertainment,

these cases deserve a best actor award.

No question about it.

And this is one of those.

So let's go to Omaha, Nebraska.

And a funeral home worker is called to the Rock Creek Apartments because someone had died in the apartment.

So the funeral home is called, get this body out of here, which is what normally does happen.

And so he shows up.

And according to the arrest record, because he has been arrested,

he and a colleague were dispatched to this home to collect the body.

And then the investigator, who is called later on,

says, near the body was a very real life size sex doll.

Now, we don't know whether the person who died,

the deceased died as having a result of maybe having a heart attack with the sex doll.

We don't know how he died.

But the police alleged that Smith subsequently called the property manager and said that the local sheriff had asked him to remove the sex doll to collect swabs for a biopsy.

Well, it's kind of a strange request.

By the way, the guy's name who is arrested is Smith.

Okay.
