Now, this is out of Chicago, and the reason I am sharing this case with you is this is really near and dear to my heart.

I had a problem that's very, very similar to this, except it went a whole lot further than this case.

The edge. So let me set it up for you. You've got a man who owns a house right next to a school.

And, okay, I mean, not the end of the world. I mean, they've lived sort of comfortably together

for a while. And what the school the end of the world. I mean, they've lived sort of comfortably together for a while.

And what the school did is redo the playground.

Remodeled it and put in all kinds of new equipment, very interactive, very modern playground.

And part of the playground is kids get to play musical instruments.

I don't know how that works, but that's part of it.

And you had the property owner going, wait a minute.

And because the musical instruments were fairly loud, and he says, hey, you know what,

I don't have to live with this blaring at all hours of the day.

He's home a lot.

And so he goes to the school district and he says,

hey, guys, please, you got to do something about this.

Too much noise.

Well, they tell him to go pound sand.

And so they get into it for a while for sure.

And he calls the cops.

They come out several times and And what ended up happening was that the level of the noise or the music, if you want to call it music with little kids experimenting with

musical instruments, was below that of where the law makes it illegal.
