All right, I don't have to say this, but I'm going to.

This is a case out of Florida.

Of course it is.

And this was a domestic dispute that ended up with criminal charges being filed against a Florida man and his daughter

who were accused of battering a third family member.

All right.

So the fight breaks out on a Friday night in Wildwood.

It's in central Florida.

The home occupied by this guy, Bruce Shell, he's 51, his wife, his daughter, and his son, the cops identify as the battery victim.

So what's the big deal here?

It's your normal family domestic dispute where someone gets beat up.

Oh, no, no.

This one is really great.

The police department arrest report reads that the Shell family had ordered Chinese food,

but the takeout containers were not labeled.

There's the problem.
