Now, there's a criminal case coming out of Texas.

And the defense, which has happened in many criminal cases, is I was dreaming.

I was asleep and I was dreaming when the incident occurred.

And it's just kind of interesting because this is sort of a weird one.

There's a kid by the name of Benjamin Elliott.

Benjamin Elliott.

He's 17 years old. He's been charged with murder in the name of Benjamin Elliott. Benjamin Elliott. He's 17 years old.

He's been charged with murder in the death of his sister.

And it's his twin sister, actually.

And he claimed, well, let me tell you what the authorities found.

After he stabbed his twin a whole bunch of times and then stuck the knife in her neck, which

was sticking out, he went ahead, turned on the light, applied pressure to the wound,

according to the court documents, later ran to his room to grab his phone and called

911.

He was arrested, obviously, in charge with murder.
