I didn't want people around me anymore who didn't like me for me and I was finally showing up as me and I knew if everyone else left at least I'd still have me and that was terrifying and incredibly freeing.

And what I found is that the people that stayed or the new people that came into my life loved me.

And I also loved me.

I no longer needed the world to like and approve of me.

I just needed to like and approve of me.

I learned that there is no better expert out there

on what I want and need than me.

And that is the power of insourcing. Welcome, Mac Back, or initially. I don't know this is episode one so what the heck I don't know

welcome just welcome guys to the in source podcast and you might be wondering like a lot of people did what the hell in

sourcing is. I getcha. But it is just what you would think it is. It's the

opposite of outsourcing. And the reason that I decided the name for this podcast was going to be insourcing is because I actually insourced it. I initially outsourced it and I asked on social media and friends a few different options.

What do you guys think about the podcast?

And a lot of people were like, well, I don't really know what insourcing is, so I worry, you you know people won't be able to like they

won't seek it out or they won't care to try it and I'm like I just kept going

back to but this really does feel like what I am trying to teach. The art of insourcing. And so today's

episode I thought, episode one, I did decide to name the podcast this episode one let's just let me help you

understand what the heck it is you know so starting from our first day on the

planet we are taught everything that we know starting from our first day on the planet,

we are taught everything that we know.

From how we're expected to behave,

what boxes we should check,

even down to how much and when we should be eating.
