The secret is to think about your business

like an airplane.

Yes, that was a sound effect and no I'm not recording this on an active runway.

That would be dangerous and expensive.

Breaking it down, the body of your plane is your overhead. You can't let it get too big or you'll never get off the ground.

The wings are your product and with each sail the plane gets more and more lift.

I mean that's science. The right engine is your marketing giving the plane thrust and it works

together with there you go the left engine aka your sales team which adds more

thrust and finally the fuel tanks it's what powers your plane. It's your cash flow.

Run out of cash and your business will crash. It rhymes because it's important.

But if rhyming isn't your thing, don't worry.
