0:56.5	Today, we're going to talk about two chapters, 1st Samuel 18 and 19. And as we, again, as we talked
1:01.5	about last week, we got what I think I called, or somebody called an evangelistic beheading.
1:06.7	I like that, I like that phrase. And this week, well, we kind of get whatever the opposite of that is.
1:12.6	You know, I workshopped a few opposites of evangelistic beheading.
1:15.9	Tough thing to find the contrast for.
1:18.1	But basically we get some attempted manslaughter, some arranged marriage,
1:22.7	not spurred on by, like David, a commitment to the glory of the Lord,
1:27.1	but spurred on by a puny man's
1:29.5	self-righteousness. Of course, I'm speaking of Saul at this point. Are you guys ready for this?
1:34.7	Absolutely, but I'm wondering why you chose manslaughter and not murder. I mean, he's out and out
1:38.5	trying to kill him. I don't know. Manslaughter has a connotation of accidental, right?
1:44.2	Like I didn't, I wasn't trying to kill somebody and accidentally they went up dead.
