And then this would place at the center of this caustic structure the temple building narrative

in chapters 5 through 7.

So at the center you've got 5 through 7 where the temple is actually built.

On either side in chapters 4 and 8, you have Solomon depicted as a new Adam, and then 3 and 9,

these two appearances of the Lord, two Solomon.

And then this would place, I think, First Kings chapter two.
