In Psalm 72, we have a Psalm that David prays about Solomon, and in verse 9, you have this,

and may the kings of Shiba and Siba bring gifts.

May all kings fall down before him and all nations serve him.

And then again in verse 15, long may he live.

May gold of Shiba be given to him. And then again in verse 15, long may he live. May gold of Sheba be given to him.

And then Isaiah picks this up and Isaiah recognizes that.
