Welcome to Tea Time with Mary. Our host, Mary Jelkovsky, is a bikini fitness model turned self love advocate. In this episode, Mary gives us a bit of background on her struggles with eating disorders and body image. From a young age, Mary felt the pressures to "be smart, be pretty and be thin." We also learn about what initially sparked her to make a change and begin the journey to heal herself and learn what self love is all about.  It's a new year and Mary's word of the year is CREATIVE.
