All right, everyone. Today, I am joined by Scott Johnson, and he is the founder of Motivosity.

How's it going? It's got great. How are you?

I'm doing good. I'm doing good. I'm excited to unpack your multiple successes over the course

of your career, but before we get into that, let's kind of dig into your background.

How did you get started in business and entrepreneurship?

Yeah, it was really kind of an accident actually. Some people actually study things in college,

and they have a plan. And I studied Near Eastern Studies, which maybe in a nutshell,

I had a senior project where I was translating Dead Sea Scrolls into English.

That's kind of what I did, not a lot of job opportunities in that field.
