And at that point, the Soviet fleet was either mothballed or rusted or abandoned.

However, since then there's been the... both

the People's Republic of China's PLA Navy, a vast construction

that is now conjoined with the Soviet fleet,

mermaid as the Russian Federation fleet,

in the Black Sea, in the Baltic, in the Pacific.

Those two fleets together are no longer contenders.

They are a liars.

All of that is now under the control of an alliance that we just saw demonstrate its authority in Beijing when

Vladimir Putin went to Shijin-Ping and they talked about no limits.
