John, a very good day to you. London reporting. Attackams can help Ukraine hold

used inside Russia described as absolutely too little too late. Other voices have said this

will provoke a wider war. Other voices have said,

why now? What is the risk? But none of this is easy to solve because the additional headlines.

Biden launching, quote, whole new war before leaving office, Trump allies say, we have another voice

in the Oval Office, although it's some weeks away. And then straight up, six weeks isn't

enough to save Ukraine from its fate, reports London. What is the excitement? What is it that

Mr. Biden has vouchsaved? And what does it mean on the battlefield to your understanding? Good day to you, John.

Hi, John. Thanks for having you back on the show. So the decision on attackums is certainly welcome. I would agree with the criticism that is a long time overdue.

I think we've probably missed the point where this decision would have the maximum impact on Ukraine's war effort, given that Russia has moved Su-34 strike fighters carrying glide bombs beyond the range of attack him's missiles.

But it can still have a significant effect on the battlefield.

I don't think we should ever hold any one decision or weapon standard to whether it's,

you know, fundamentally decisive or a, you know, war winner, because that's,

that's never going to be the case.

Here, I think the restriction, that the loosened restriction, which according to

press reporting, applies only to the Kursk Oblast, where Ukraine launched an offensive back in August.

I think that that loosened restriction can help Ukraine hold onto that territory, whether by

striking Russian concentrations of Russian and North Korean

troops, you know, commandant control sites, logistics nodes, what have you. And I think the Biden
