That's enough to say that the war continues with no resolution, no

negotiation to my knowledge, and I welcome Antolle leaven of the Quincy Institute for

responsible statecraft to comment on TEEF here at the beginning of what is the third winter of war,

at the same time looking to the strange twists that the war is taken over these last weeks

a refusal by the US Congress to comply with the President's request for money for Ukraine.

And right now, what I understand to be the inability of the EU to flow money to Ukraine

because it must be unanimous.

All 27 members must vote for it.

And notably, Hungary is reluctant or refusing.
