Hello, my friends. Welcome back to Unshaken. I'm Jared Halverson.

And today we are hitting our last port city on our amazing ancient Mediterranean cruise.

Paul has been an incredible cruise director and tour guide.

And so far he has crisscrossed the Mediterranean with us to show us some incredible places

and the people that joined the church there.

Now, if you remember, the way that these epistles of Paul are organized,

it has nothing to do with geography or chronology, unfortunately.

Chronologically would be nice. Instead, it was order of length from longest to shortest.

And today we are in Thessalonica, also pronounced Thessalonica or Thessaloniki.

If you really want to get Greek, but we'll stick with the American pronunciation and go with Thessalonica.

This is the last geographic spot we're going to see on our cruise.

From here on out, we're going to see some pastoral epistles.

And by pastoral, we mean a pastor, a shepherd, a bishop.

So his letters to Timothy, his letter to Titus, will throw in a quick letter to Philemon next week as well.

And then we're on to Hebrews, which doesn't cover a single geographic location.

It's Hebrew saints, Jewish converts all across the Roman Empire.

So today is our last stop, our last port of call.
