Russia under severe sanctions and yet Russia the defense industry I learned earlier this

year is going 24 hours a day with demands upon the population demands upon the workforce

demands upon natural resources. Where is it at the end of 2023 looking at 2024 with

the combat continuing in Ukraine, but this is a vast border. It needs everything along

the border plus the customers of the defense industry of the Russian Federation. I welcome

the last 20 years. It went to a low point after the end of the Soviet state, but it's been

rebuilding slowly. This present scale of a 2,000 industrial enterprises to me and people

is it still growing? Is it likely to have more people at the end of next year? Good evening

to you. Good evening and indeed the military sector is developing very widely. If we talk

about the next year we need to remember the last news about the Russian budget and it's

going to increase. It's going to increase especially for the military purpose. In fact, it will

happen because there will be some decrease in the social sector. Of course, Russia will continue

to support the social areas, but about 30% of the budget will go to the military sector.

It means that the military sector will grow, will develop and of course there will be more

factories and more people will participate there. Right now there is a lot of factories that

are in construction. There is a lot of business that is starting up. For example, I saw personally

that the huge-run factories are starting to be built and they are requiring more and more people
