Reading into the FT story, the Russian president said Moscow might develop, quote,

military technical cooperation

under the agreement signed by Pyongyang and Moscow under the agreement

under the agreement and called on the UN to end its sanctions regime against North Korea,

the quote from the president of Russia.

These illegitimate actions only serve to undermine the world economic and political system. we will continue to oppose the practice

of suffocating sanctions as an instrument the West has come to use to retain its hegemony. I welcome David Maxwell, my guide on North Korea matters,
